Should I trust him or my instincts?

Experts say that a gut instinct is the most powerful indicator of a cheating lover. Adultery statistics state that 85 percent of women whom suspect that their lover is cheating are correct. Fifty percent of men who feel their lover is cheating are right. The first clue is seldom obvious. Typically, it is a "feeling" that something is different. Statistics confirm that between 50 and 70 percent of married men (between 38 and 53 million men) have cheated or will cheat on their wives. One study found that 2/3 of the wives (26 to 36 million women) whose husbands were cheating had no idea their husbands were having an affair – largely because they failed to recognize the telltale signs (“Infidelity Statistics,” 2006).

What are instincts? Instincts are those little voices in your head that are telling you another truth even when you do not want to hear it. You have the right instincts and you have the wrong ones. The right ones are usually the ones that tell you the simple truth, and the majority of the times the wrong ones are the ones that make you feel better and sometimes are simpler to do rather than the right ones. A person’s emotions are usually a part of the wrong instincts. Those emotions make you feel good about yourself and insecurities. When a person’s emotions (bad instincts) take over, their mind (good instincts) is usually left out to dry. Someone who lives their life to fulfill their emotions is usually the saddest person, not realizing that not every emotion can be fulfilled. A person’s emotions can sometimes be their greatest enemy. A person with no money thinks that money can make them happy. When I say, "make them happy," I mean to fulfill their emotions. When a person is able to follow their instincts, that person is usually letting go of their emotions and putting themselves in total control of their reality.

A real problem I noticed in cheating is that the person being cheated on hardly ever asks questions when they suspect something. They ask just enough to get an answer. No questions equal no responses. Just imagine you have a good man and he is doing everything right. There is no way he can be cheating on you. It is impossible. He is around you all-day long, and every night he is with you. He has your pictures everywhere. He wears a necklace that symbolizes your relationship. Well ladies and gentlemen, sorry to tell you, but the person that he is cheating with may not even care. Your man could have a family photo stamped on his shirt and still have women after him. Nevertheless, men, there is always a way out of being caught when your main woman asks you about a woman that she thinks you are cheating with. So what do you do to get out of that situation? The perfect answer is to tell your lover that the other woman is your ex. However, you still talk to each other because you have known each other for so long and it would just be wrong to end a good friendship. The key to getting away at this point is to give out answers before questions are asked. Some people do not like to go with their instincts because they may think their instincts are wrong, or they may think they are blowing it out of proportion. They do not want to be that jealous lover or that person to make their partner feel tied down. Their insecurities are taking over and they are afraid to lose that person and they don’t want to end up alone.
ALONE, yep, I said it and I meant it.

Who wants to be alone? No one! Just the thought of it makes some people’s stomachache. One of a person’s, especially a woman’s, greatest fear is loneliness, and I will say it repeatedly. Who is a man or woman in today’s world without a partner? A woman is birthed to think she has to have a man, get married, and have children. A successful woman will never accomplish it all until she has a man. Well, that is how the world views it.
The desires and emotions are what can break a person if they do not learn to take control of them. It is easy to trust someone else, but it’s more difficult when trying to trust even your own instincts.
