I'm sure that you have told him how you feel about what is going on and if you haven't, then you need to. Most issues within the bedroom are simply due to the verbal communication not being addressed. If you can't talk about fixing it, then it won't be fixed.

I would first recommend to buy some lingerie or just get naked at night and initiate sex. If he turns it down, then you've gotten your answer as to if he is still attracted to you or not. If he isn't, then you may need to reconsider that relationship. However, as just mentioned above, normally verbal communication is the answer. Try talking with him about it and see what he has to say and then come back and let me know the results so we can figure out the next move.
