Dear Doctor Lover,

My husband has not had sex with me in about 4 months. When we try he say he is too tired. I have started having sex dreams. He says that he is not cheating but I think he is. What can I do to make my head stop hurting?

Sincerely, need sex now

Dear need sex now,

There are multiple things that you can do to appease the situations. Here are a few:

1. Leave him and find someone who is attracted to you sexually.
2. Cheat on him for the same reasons as number 1.
3. Satisfy yourself sexually.
4. Talk with him and see what the issue is.

Out of those 4 choices, I would first recommend #4. The reason for this is that he may have a situation or discomfort that he is ashamed to talk about. The issue may be larger than him not having sex with you. Try to see what the problem is and this will help guide you into the necessary steps that you can take in order to help fix the situation. If he is unwilling to talk with you about it, then you need to do whatever you need to do to find comfort in knowing that your husband isn't communicating with you nor is he sexually appeasing you.
