I was into a serious relationship with this guy. I thought we loved each other very much. However, since my accident in january this year and i suffered multiple fracture, he just disappeared, no calls, no text messages or anything. Please help me, i dont know what to do.

Unfortunately, there isn't much that you can do. it seems that he may have just become uninterested in you. or it could be a deeper issue such as personal or maybe he didnt want to deal with the situation. My suggestion is to try and contact him and make sure that he is okay and see what went wrong. if you cant get in contact with him, then you should just let him go as he has already done to you. dont waste your time for someone who would vanish on you while youre down.
